I discovered Photoshop some years ago, when I had some rare free time on my hands. It happened completely by chance; the TV show Alias premiered in the US, and I liked watching it. As an avid consumer of social networks I participated in a forum dedicated to the show, where they used to run competition of digital art challenges based on the show, with a new theme or idea presented each time, and the participants had to submit work within the guidelines of the particular challenge.

This is how I was introduced to the world of graphic art and little by little taught myself the different elements of design like typography, brushes, textures and masks. The “challenges” were a great way to experiment in creative thinking. Each challenge required weaving characters, story lines, themes, texts (dialogues or lyrics) and visual material into single snapshot.

You can browse through a lot of the work I’ve done over the years for a variety of online creative challenges, as well as some personal works and promotional work for musical artists which was distributed through social forums and networks, as well as the artists’ pages on Facebook.
